Whether it is moving house, finding a job, accessing community, starting / changing school, moving and finding the support providers – Alatipa Care can assist you in any of your quest. The focus of this program / support is on strengthening our participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist in community participation.

We prepare our Participants in a systematic way by involving our participants and their support network.
